Goods are dispatched via Interlink Express on a Next Day service. We will only disptach goods if we have been given a contact telephone number to aid delivery. Goods may take upto 5 working days before being sent via Interlink Express, in which time we will try to contact you via email to give you an exact delivery date. All goods sent by carrier will require a signature.
Delivery is Monday - Friday only. If there is no one in to recieve your goods they will be returned to your local Interlink Express depot. For more details on Interlink Express depots click here. Interlink Express will hold your goods for a maximum of 5 working days for both collection, or re-delivery. Please contact them ASAP, if goods are returned to us by the carrier sfter an attempted delivery, you will be charged again, along with a £7.50 excess charge. Additional charges will be made if an incorrect postcode or address is given. Any refund will not include delivery charge if the goods have left our premises. We can also arrange for your old appliance to be collected at the same time, under WEEE regulations. Please contact us before purchase to arrange.

Before signing for your goods, please inspect for any damage inside the parcel. Any item found to be damaged, due to delivery, will not be covered by insurance, and any claim made by you will not be valid. (Please do not accept damaged goods, Do not be rushed by the driver)
Warranty
All products are classed as graded with a 6 month return to base warranty. See the graded section for more details. Warranty covers electrical and mechanical failure only. Faulty items may be returned within the warranty period for repair. If we are unable to repair the item, then we may replace it with the same, or a similar model. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning any item. You have 7 days from date of reciept, to return the goods in original packaging, in an unused stated if you require a refund. This will exclude any delivery/transport charges. If an item is returned that is not faulty then the customer will be liable for redelivery charges. Goods will be held for 30 days after which they will be disposed of, and you will recieve no compensation. Goods that have been damaged due to misuse and lack of maintenance will be liable for a repair charge and a cost of returning the item.
Thompsons own brand products have a return to base warranty at purchasers expense.
Returns
Please contact before returning any item. A returns authorization order must be issued. Non faulty returns or unwanted products will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Back OrdersIf goods are out of stock then we will have to notify you by email - If we are unable to supply within 5 working days, then your payment will be refunded in full.
Tax ChargesAll orders for the UK will be subject to 17.5% VAT. This is included in all prices shown. VAT invoices can be included with purchases on request.
