Shipping & Returns

 

 

Shipping:

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery once you have ordered it. All items are sent using Interlink Express, we have used many couriers in the past and have found these to be the most reliable even if slightly more expensive. Our postage charges reflect the quality of the service provided by Interlink. Items are only dispatched on weekdays, orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday. This excludes all Public and Bank holidays. Please contact us for our Christmas / New Year schedule. Products are sent on a next day service and can be tracked via Interlink Express website www.interlinkexpress.co.uk We cannot guarantee next day delivery but Interlink will endeavour to do this. If you are not in when delivery is attempted Interlink will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour. Otherwise they will attempt to deliver the next day or you can arrange to collect from your local depot. If you are not in after two attempted deliveries the parcel may be returned to us and you will be charged for parcels return. Re-delivery costs will then apply before goods are sent out again.

 

Area's to which we deliver:

We will only ship to confirmed addresses within the UK Mainland. We do not offer a service to Northern or Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands or Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands and will refund any orders placed from these locations. Our definition of Scottish Highlands & Islands is as follows. Post Codes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH15-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. We do not deliver to these postcode areas.

 

Delivery:

A signature will be required when your parcel is delivered. Please do not sign for a parcel unchecked, we cannot accept claims for damages after you have signed. If Interlink attempt more than two deliveries, we may require a further payment for continued delivery attempts. You can collect from your Interlink local depot. If the item is returned uncollected or unable to deliver you will be refunded less delivery charges and Interlinks return delivery charge to us.

Terms of Sale & Returns:

Please note that all items are sold as Factory Graded unless stated as New. Graded items are not new and may show signs of use. They are returns that have been fully tested and checked; they may have been returned for a number of reasons including Unwanted Gift, Box Damaged, Undelivered Mail Order, Discontinued line, Overstock, Repaired Returns etc. They may have cosmetic marks on the unit/box dents/scratches etc. and may show signs of use.

We offer a 60 day return to base warranty on all factory graded products. Warranty does not include return postage. The warranty is for domestic use only and covers electrical malfunction as long as the product has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and has not been misused. Any returned item will be tested and will be repaired, if we are unable to repair then we will replace the item within a reasonable time (up to 28 days)

These products offer excellent value for money, hence the discount in price. Returns for any reason will be sent back at the customer's expense. If there is no fault found we may also charge an administration fee of 10% of the total value. Administration fee will also apply to goods ordered by mistake or if the customer changes their mind. Please ensure you have read all the above before purchasing.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Please ensure that you have been given a Returns Authorisation Number RAN before sending anything back. Without this number you item will not be recognised and you will not be able to get any reimbursement, repair or replacement.
