It is a guarantee against electrical breakdown for a period of 6 months from date of receipt. They are sold with a return to base warranty in which the customer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred if the item is returned to us for any reason. These products are not sold as new and may have cosmetic marks or damaged boxes. We feel these products offer excellent value for money, hence the difference in price from new. X Grade - Including BOSCH & Qualcast

Factory Graded - Lawnmowers

Twin Tubs
These products are brand new and come with a 12 month warranty. They are covered for electrical breakdown as long as they are used in accordance with the instructions. The guarantee is a return to base warranty. The customer is responsible for all transport/postage costs incurred if the item is returned to us for any reason. Alternatively we will supply parts only (on receipt of faulty part) exclusive of any labour costs, if the whole product is not returned to us for service.

Electric Bikes
These products are new and come with a 12 month warranty on the frame, and a 6 month warranty on the battery and electrics. Consumables such as tyres, inner tubes, bulbs and cables are not covered by any warranty. They are sold with a return to base warranty in which the customer is responsible for all postage/transport costs incurred if the product is returned to us for any reason. Alternatively we will supply parts only (on receipt of faulty part) exclusive of any labour costs if the whole product is not returned to us for service.
